I would just like to say how very much we enjoyed our stay with you last week.
Many, many thanks to all the staff for their efficiency and friendliness, which was outstanding and a real credit to the hotel. Everyone had a ready smile on their face and a cheerful word . The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed
It was good to see staff being recognised for their work in the daily newsletter .
The ice packs that were speedily provided by reception for my husband’s knee were so much appreciated.
I never felt that anything was too much trouble , from showing us the balcony suites to printing out travel documentation.
The dining room staff too, were great. Good to see Paula still there. They all work together as a team and everything ran smoothly . My requests for slight meal changes didn’t appear to be a bother ( though I am sure they were behind the scenes!)
Bar staff good also. Never had to wait too long.
The newly refurbished room ( 305) was lovely. I was so pleased that I had requested this upgrade, it certainly met our expectations. It was especially nice to be in such a spacious room as my husband had to spend more time than usual there due to his swollen knee.
It was kept spotless and quite often refreshed before we returned from breakfast

Those of us who have been fortunate enough to travel to many parts of the world can quickly recognise comfort, courtesy and considerable attention to detail when we encounter them.
Not all hotels are the same, and quite clearly all those who work for your hotel have been educated in the ways of providing great guest experiences and high customer satisfaction.
The welcoming reception, the daily printed programme offering useful information at breakfast, the helpfulness of the restaurant staff, and the general readiness to greet people with a smile and conversational talk are quality hallmarks of a business with a clear focus on making people feel comfortable and happy.
Add to all the benefits already mentioned the quality of the menus provided and the delightful dining experiences created by talented chefs and you have a top class package appealing to many tastes.
The immaculate presentation of our room was something we greatly appreciated too. Special thanks have to go to the floor service staff for their hard work and ability to ensure everything was fresh daily – and always delivered with a smile. Keeping rooms in such fine condition takes a lot of effort which some guests overlook or simply take for granted.
Having visited Kitzbuhel before, we were well aware of the things we wanted to do again or visit for the first time. The weather may not have been to our advantage but everything about the Tiefenbrunner ensured we had a most enjoyable holiday for all the reasons given in this letter.
We have no hesitation in passing on our praises and experience for others to know, so much so that one couple are already planning to stay with you next year based on the things we found.
Competition among hotels has become stronger in recent years to attract more visitors. Your success is well deserved and there is little doubt that previous generations of your family would be delighted and so proud of the way you are continuing their legacy.

Oh what a wonderful time we had in Kitzbuhel this summer and lots of the credit for that goes to the fantastic team of workers in the Tiefenbrunner. What a pleasant, fantastic and hardworking bunch they are. For the hotel staff nothing was a problem. We were shown courtesy, consideration and kindness by all. What an efficient crew you have working there. Please thank them all; the cleaning staff, the chefs, the restaurant workers and those behind the reception desk they all have our admiration and we will sing their praises far and wide.
Can I also thank you for hosting the Presentation. It was a thoroughly enjoyable event and we hope to celebrate many more with you.

I just wanted to thank you all for a wonderful stay last week. All the staff contributed to a really enjoyable experience and the food was fabulous.
May I particularly thank the chef for being so patient and careful with my gluten intolerance. I have to be very careful with what I eat and I often find that restaurants do not take the problem seriously. However, your chef clearly understood the issue and looked after me superbly. So I would be very grateful if you would pass on my sincere thanks for his wonderful gluten free food.

I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful stay in your hotel. The holiday (starting 11thJuly) was a very important holiday for us as we had a number of celebrations that week.
You have a great team, all of them treated us in a friendly manner and were always very helpful. The food and rooms were beyond our expectations. It is a holiday that will stay in our memories as a very happy time. You, your hotel and your team played a big part in our stay in Austria.

My wife and I have just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at your hotel (through Thomsons) staying in Room 52.
Whilst we said our thank you to all the staff before we left would also like to let you personally know how nice we think your hotel is and all the staff who work there. Everybody was very helpful throughout our stay but in particular we would like to mention Paula and Izabella in the restaurant.
It is a tribute to you and all your friendly staff that the hotel is so good and with such a proud history and we hope you continue to have a successful season and we hopefully will return soon - maybe direct next time now we have found you!
