Chef de cuisine: Daniel Moser
Daniel Moser, our chef de cuisine, has been part of the Tiefenbrunner-family since 1994 and has been leading the kitchen crew since 2009. What Daniel likes most about working for the Tiefenbrunner hotel in Kitzbühel is the diversity of his job and the friendliness of the Brunner family. Throughout the years, Daniel created his own style with a varied selection and seasonal orientated dishes. Local products mixed with international culinary delights are delivered fresh and daily.

Buy ski-passes at the hotel!
From the upcoming winter season onwards our guests can buy their ski-passes for the skiing area of the Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel - with it's skiing areas at the Kitzbüheler Horn, the Gaisberg and from the Hahnenkamm over the 3S ski-lift and Jochberg till the Pass Thurn - directly at the hotel kaufen and put it onto the hotel invoice.
No more waiting times at the ticket shop and more skiing.
