Booking conditions:
For guarantee we require a written confirmation including names of participants and home address as well as a deposit payment of about 30 % of the total amount. This can be paid with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club) or via bank remittance (free of charge for the recepient) about 3 month prior arrival.

Travel insurance: It happens that you need to cancel your reservation. It’s never easy for both sides as short term cancellations may result in cancellation fees. Therefore we recommend you taking out a travel insurance. Click here for more information
